* Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours.
* Orders cannot be changed once they are submitted. Please double check your order before you submit.

* Orders paid for by personal check will be held for seven (7) business days for the check to clear our bank.

* WWJD ships via Prioirty Mail using the United States Postal System (USPS).
* WWJD is NOT responsible for merchandise lost in transit shipped by USPS.
* Net terms only available to pre-qualified accounts; pre-payment applies to all other orders.
* Please allow 3 to 4 weeks turn around on large orders.

Returns
"In-Stock" items returned for any reason other than our error will incur a 10% restocking fee; shipping costs will not be refunded. If we make a mistake (size, color, etc.) please send the item(s) with a copy of the invoice and a note of the problem to our address listed above. We will correct the situation as soon as we receive the incorrect item(s) in our office.
No Refunds will be given on ANY "custom" bracelet order. Only "defective" custom bracelets will be replaced or refunded at WhatWouldJesusDo.com's discretion.
