FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When will my order ship? Provided that the items on your order are in stock, we will begin to process it immediately - within 24-48 hours of receipt during business days. Once you've placed an order at WWJD? LLC you will receive an e-mail confirmation saying that we've received and are processing your order. You will receive a second e-mail notifying you that the order has shipped. Out-of-stock items are shipped when they become available. WWJD? LLC ships using USPS Priority Mail.
How long will it take to receive my order? We use USPS Priority Mail to ship orders. Packages are delivered on the average of 2 - 3 business days after we have processed your order. We are not responsible for USPS shipping times or orders that are lost by USPS.
What methods of payment do you accept? Payment on orders to the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and Great Britain can be made using PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, money order or check. For those folks who prefer to pay by money order or check, the money order or check must be in US funds drawn on a US bank. Orders paid by check are held for seven business days to ensure the check clears the our bank. However, we understand that some people are still uneasy with new types of transactions. With that in mind, customers can still place orders by phone, mail, or fax, and we'll process those orders just as quickly as we process online orders. To place your order by phone in the U.S. and Canada, call us toll free at (888) 475-1900 anytime between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (Indiana time) Monday through Friday to speak with one of our friendly customer service representatives. Regretfully, we are unable to accept orders from any countries other than those listed above.
What is your return policy? Items that need to be returned because of an error on our part (we shipped the wrong size or color) may be returned to 1058 S. Country Lane, Greenfield, IN 46140 for an exchange of the correct item. Once we receive the incorrect item in our office, we will ship out the corrected item(s). Items returned because the wrong size was ordered or for any reason other than our error will incur a 10% restocking fee and an additional shipping fee to have the correct garment sent to you. ALL returns MUST be made within 30 days of your invoice date.
What if I have an out-of-stock item in my order? Although we try our best to keep all of our items in stock, in some instances we must "backorder" items. Occasionally we don't know that an item is out of stock until the order is completely processed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. You can cancel backordered items at any time; we will not charge you any additional shipping charges for backordered shipments. We base your shipping on your total shipped order, regardless of item availability. When you place an order, we will ship the in-stock items to you immediately. Out of stock items are shipped when they become available.
How can I cancel all or part of an order? Orders cannot be changed once they are placed online. Be sure your order is correct (size, color, etc.) before you submit the order.
Do you charge sales tax? WWJD? LLC charges a six-percent sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within Indiana; otherwise we do not charge sales tax.
